This Pine Street brewery boasts a combined 40 years of brewing experience and cold craft beers with the finest and locally sourced, when possible, ingredients. Swan’s brews honor their local roots with names like Poke County Pils, Swans Aren’t Real Vol. 2, and last year’s Best Polk County Beer, Straight Outta Lakeland. This signature IPA (7% ABV and 55 IBU) is “Exactly what you would expect in a West Coast Style IPA - Crisp, clean with a subtle bite!” But if that doesn’t sound up your alley, never fear. Swan Brewing has a variety of beers with over 30 taps, including two dedicated Nitro lines. Voters showed up in force for the second and third-place winners, The Brass Tap and Cob & Pen.
